iPhone 2010, predictions
Gene Munster, an analyst at Piper Jaffray and assiduous in MuyMac for his predictions about everything that surrounds Apple, talks about what we see on the iPhone in 2010.
1. He believes that Verizon has a 70% chance to take over the marketing of the iPhone in the United States. It seems a high percentage, but the truth is that Munster do not have anything unclear why only sees “burned bridges” in relations Apple / Verizon. It looks like Verizon will not have the iPhone a reality until the deployment of LTE. Another option to the monopoly of the iPhone with AT & T is Tmobile, which maintains a good relationship with Apple in other markets.
2. A big surprise in 2010 that Apple would build a 3G data network with its own VoIP application that can run on any network. So iPhone owners could choose which network each month are more interested.
3. The iPhone battery will be improved to offer greater autonomy.
4. Apple wants your iPhone to become a “digital wallet” and it will turn to RFID technology.
5. Flash technology has not completely said goodbye to the iPhone and 2010 could be the year that we saw in the mobile phone from Apple.
6. The changes occurring in the iPhone (including iPhone OS 4.0) wait to the summer of 2010.
